I'm interested in the wood shift knob and service manual.. prices? And how good is the service manual?.. I got the service thing on cd and it is about useless..

Which wood? Mugen or OEM?
As for the service manual, it is the factory one, and it is the best you can get, compare to the cd one I got for my tacoma.
Also I located in Hawaii, but I will take the hit of expensive shipping.

I paid $130 for the OEM knob and $60 for the manual, will sell for half price, plus $10 to help me on the shipping, I will throw in the tire stem cap for free.
