Hey all, do any of you have or know where i can get headlights for my first gen, my passenger side headlight needs to be replaced and im having a hard time finding a good site to get a replacement from.
I know this may sound strange, but do any of you have a spare headlight/lights?
Or did you get the black headlights and have the oem ones lying around?
I'd really appreciate any help i can get.

 

Are you looking for the headlight bulb or the actual headlight housing? If you are looking just for the bulb, there are thousands of web sites that sell the H4 bulb. If you need the headlight housing, you might want to ask Tim here, or check out http://www.ahmotor.com . I had to replace my driver's side and they got me one for about $200.

 

I need the whole housing. Ive been to ahmotor and didnt see a headlight housing listed. Did you do a parts request to get it? How can i get in touch with Tim?

I sent them an e-mail and they said that the headlight was gonna be $347.95. How were you able to get yours for $200. Did you know the guy? If you do could you hook me up?
All first gens have the same headlight size right? What year is your TL if i ask for one of a different year do you think that it might be cheaper?

that one has a bracket off but it should be fine no lens damage

 

Go for the pair (different sellers) on ebay. I'd buy both if the price is good. If not, just get what you need. I was going to bid on them and convert them to black background with HIDs, but I won't bid if you want them.

 

I have a '98 3.2 TL and I got my driver's side for around $220. That is of course a couple years ago and I have bought A LOT of stuff from them (oil filters, tranny fluid, brake pads, accessories, etc.). They may have brought prices up since I bought mine. I would definitely check out the eBay ones.

 

YNOTxTONY go ahead and bid on them man, its all good. If you do get them and convert them could i get your stock ones off of you? Thanks for your help everyone!

 

If I could have gotten them cheap, I would have. I don't want to do any experimenting on my own or expensive parts.
