there was just a post about this maybe a coupla weeks back...
but if you can't find it...
for my 3.2
i just took out the carpeting in between the stock unit and the ashtray/centre area
just yank it out from the sides
then once it is off, push your fingers to the back of the HU and just push outwards; push hard
my HU wasn't bolted or secured down or anything, but i think someone mentioned that there's was

whaqt u gotta do is take the wood trim off ( be carful it comes off thought ive done it like 10 times) then the trim piece around you headunit is held on by 4 screws just pop them out and the whole thing pulls out i will take like 20 minutes to do it the fist time (cause you dont wanna breakanything ) but after that you can take it in and out lik nothing
