Hi All,

New member here and was wondering if I could get some input from you guys. I have a buddy who crashed his '98 TL and is looking to sell it for around $800. I was thinking of buying it but don't have a lot of experience with these cars. Do you guys think this would be a repair that wouldn't get to costly with used parts? I've attched the insurance photos of the damage.

the pix that ive seen that you posted the car doesnt look that bad at all. and you can go on ebay and find most of your used parts there or if you have any luck you can find a TL in a junkyard and get them there. i got my car wrecked and i didnt know a dam thing bout my TL but over time you get use to it and you learn more and more bout your car...

 

wow, what happen to this car?

looks like a easy repair i would fix internal before exterior, internal is more a object to fixing it. look like u need radiator support,cross member ,engine mounts, knuckle support axles, they look push in where ever those are mark ass..how the engine? run smooth?
