Hey guys. So I have been 2 days looking around this site and see other Tl's all pimped up with xenon, clear corner lights, LED and more. what i also liked was the chrome shift plate. Anyways. so I have a 1997 Honda Saber. It's a Japanese car. All I know that it is a 5 cylinder. So, this week I am planning to work on the car. I like to paint it white with Black rims. But what should I do next.

The Front. Those are Factory Wheel covers
The left headlight is yellow out on the top. How do I clear it? or remove the haze?
I Also would like to detail this car, No rust color or so. And How do I chrome or make the emblem shiny?
What is this? A sensor. I also see a button on my Honda key that's click able but It doesn't lock the car however
Glue stuck to my windshield
My Visors are gone and this is what's left.
