Honda Saber 1997, What to do?
Hey guys. So I have been 2 days looking around this site and see other Tl's all pimped up with xenon, clear corner lights, LED and more. what i also liked was the chrome shift plate. Anyways. so I have a 1997 Honda Saber. It's a Japanese car. All I know that it is a 5 cylinder. So, this week I am planning to work on the car. I like to paint it white with Black rims. But what should I do next. 
The Front. Those are Factory Wheel covers
The left headlight is yellow out on the top. How do I clear it? or remove the haze?
I Also would like to detail this car, No rust color or so. And How do I chrome or make the emblem shiny?
What is this? A sensor. I also see a button on my Honda key that's click able but It doesn't lock the car however
Glue stuck to my windshield
My Visors are gone and this is what's left.

Thanks for reply! I am from Suriname! It's a dutch country in South America. It's awesome living here. It's a beautiful free country. Yeah...I am really interested in the lip. What's the price?
