I am getting a high pitched whine (more of a whine than a squeek) occaisionally from my car as I am slowing down. It only happens in the morning during the first 5 minutes or less of driving. I let my TL warm up and then when I pull to one of the first stops it starts and then goes away. It still remains even if I take my foot off the break pedal. Once the car is stopped though it goes away. I just had my trans flushed about a month ago. I don't think it has to do with the breaks in the sense of pads and rotors, but may have something to do with the ABS. Unfortuantely I can't get it to do it when I take it to the shop, especially since it only does it sometimes and only in the morning. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'd like to get it fixed before it becomes a real problem.

check the rear dust shield behind the rotor... that was happening on my friends CLS6 and when i took the wheel off i looked at it and only needed to bend it back... take the wheel off and take a look...
