Help! Weird Screeching noise
Sup brothers,
Been a long time since I posted something. 1997 2.5TL.
I've been getting this weird screeching noise. 70% of the time it happens *if* I turn the AC on. Sometimes, its when I accelerate (between 25-40MPH.)
If the AC is OFF, and the noise is on while moving, when I come 2 a complete stop, the noise will stop.
If the AC is on, when I come 2 a complete stop, it will cease sometimes. NOT all the time.
If I turn da AC OFF MANUALLY, 90% of the time the noise STOPS. Its really loud & other cars around me can hear it definitely. A constant "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" then when it dies, well, it literally sounds like it died, LOL. "EEEEEEEEEE uuuuuuoooo."
Checked back on my records & I had my _serpentine belt_ changed back in 2008 by Midas.
