Colored bulbs are illegal here in NY. I'm not sure about Florida. I would rather save up some money and get an HID kit. Those fake bulbs blow out prematurely anyway plus they melt your wiring harnesses if the wattage is too high.

i have had bulbs from japan that i got for 70 bucks at kiyoshis here in fresno www.kiyoshis.com i have had them for about 9 months now and havent had one problem each one glows equally as bright and they were a great buy for me, if i could read japanese i would tell u the brand, but as far as buying just the bulb it has worked out pretty good for me and my TL, if i had the money i would go for the HID kit though

HID Bulbs
You can buy the HID "blue" bulbs on ebay; there are literally hundred's of them adveristed.
I paid about $25 for the pair and they are much better than stock.
You can get them for as little as 10-$15. Don't believe the claims about one being so much better than others; they're all the same.
I have no idea whether they are legal, but no one has ever bothered me about them.
They last about a year to 14 months.
