I dunno if the previous owner bought extended warranty or not, or the free tune up is for all the Acura TL 96 - 98. You can read it and see if you're qualify for it.

Basically, "If your vehicle has between 75K to 150K you can have a free emissions control inspection, replacement of ignition parts, distributor cap and rotor, change oil and oil filter," all for FREE. I love this service.

im worried about bringing car in for "free" junk. yesterday my sister brought her car in, volunteerily, for a recall. she walked out paying around 200 bucks. we already knew she had to change her brake pads soon but they found out the pads are worn and said it was against the law for them to give up the keys without changing it. they also resurfaced the rotors of course as well. all that for 200 bucks? Never let a girl you know go alone to a car stealership.
