Foglights and Headlights

I was wondering if anybody had wired there foglights to be able to turn on without the headlights on? I have seen the DIY on foglights for parking lights but not sure about driving with just foglights. . .

All you need to do is to tap a 12v constant instead of the power line from the corners...
