Question Flapping Bra

The full bra for my 98 3.2TL starts flapping at around 60-70mph. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did they resolve it.

Thanks,
Black

i have a 00 TL and i also HAD that problem. Make sure that there is no air going underneath the bra from your grill. How???.... by making the area around the grill tighter.

I have a Factroy Bra from acura and havent encountered that problem, I have been known to be doing 90-110 mph and still its pretty secure or maybe the flapping in so minimal that I dont really notice it. Do you have a factory bra or is it aftermarket.

Thumbs up

Thanks for the replies, even the sarcastic which I knew I would get, they still make me laugh. The bra is factory and I have had it replaced 3 times and installed all three at the dealer. However to no avail it still flaps in the wind. It gets air under the bra around the grill area, even after loosening the grill inserting the bra and tightening the grill down around the bra. So now the bra has been sitting folded in the garage for a while and I am ready to take on the battle of the flapping bra again.

You have a 3.2 TL perhaps that bra is different from the 2.5TL cause your grill opens up with the hood so the design of the bra allows air to get underneath, mine doesnt on the other hand. Sorry wish I could help you out more on this situation.
