First Tranny Screen Change

I have a 97 2.5TL and has 127,552 mi. from what I know is that the car has never had the tranny screen/filter changed but the fliud has been changed at 96,000 mi.
Any who, My real ? are.
Is the Acura OEM screen the best? if not where is the best?
And what tranny fluid is the best? (I have seen the Acura/Honda and the B&M)

I think it's best to go with all Acura parts on that.

I don't think a screen is much cheaper anyplace else, and I believe the Acura fluid is best, so it just seems easiest to get it all at one place.

go with an Acura OEM screen... it is only a few bucks more and you are not creating more maintinence by using an aftermarket filter...

i posted a DIY in here.. it is sticky...

In canada, acura doesnt sell the screen/filter/strainer by itself which sucks.. i had to go through a small shop and through 10 calls later they finally found one for me, it was like 50cdn

as for the fluid use Honda ATM, if mechanic says anything else is ok, tell them fuck off cuz they dont shit about acuras.
