Factory Alarm!!!
I'm not an expert at alarm installs, but if the factory alarm has a in-line fuse you can pull it to disable it. My old VSE Derringer alarm had that problem and I pulled the fuses.
For at least $110, I would buy an aftermarket alarm. You'll get a dual-stage sensor, diagnostics, soft chirp siren, the ability to roll the windows, pop the trunk, etc. for about $250.

u can check to see if all the doors are latching correctly when u close it... just sit in ur car and close all the doors.. my rear passsenger door was loose and that was wat was triggering the alarm.. i just got a mallet and hammered the latch in and it locked in better.. try it...
ok ok, i have you all beat!!!!!!!! my alarm goes off in the middle of the night or during school because it thinks by back doors are open. but they are slammed shut. for some reason my rear door sensors are messed up and think the door is open sometimes when its really not.
GET THIS, i roll down my back windows and all my lights turn on in the car, because when i roll down my windows it thinks the doors are open, so when i rolll them down the damn red lights on the dash light up saying my back doors are open. OMG.

My alarm has the same problem (goes off without provocation), though it never goes off when I open a door. I traced the problem to the trunk. I was going to go in to the dealer, but I forgot, and had a road trip coming up last weekend (drove to Montreal, about 1500km), and I didn't want to leave my car in downtown Mtl with the alarm going off all night. I took a hammer and knocked the trunk latch down a few times- not enought to see a difference, but probably about a millimeter or so. This completely solved the problem, FWIW.
