Exhaust pipe
I just did mine. I used original honda parts from acura because this is the SECOND time I replaced the exhaust from the CAT flange back. The first time some shop used BS parts and they rusted out after 3 years. So I wnt with the real thing. Also the Acura muffler has a automatic flow valve built into it for sound suppression that opens when the exhaust flow reaches a certain pressure --the after market muffler did not have this stock feature. I bougt the exhaust from Acuracarland - Muffler was 299.78, pipes gaskets bolts, etc were another $227.42 (including 4.95 handling and 9.48 freight -- according to my receipt) . I could possible scan my recipt and post online so you can see the part numbers or just go to this web page and order: http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/
A shop installed it all for about $80.
BTW: I an effort to prolong my new exhaust life in the salt and snow of Ohio, I coated everything (esp. at the welds) with graphite paste before the shop installed it. You can get a tube of it at any wood burning stove store. I don't know if it will help, but it works on my wood burning stove to keep rust off and it get over 600 deg.
Thanks
