Engine oil?

What motor oil do you guys recommend for 1G 3.2 TL?

Im thinking about switching to synthetic, is it good for a high milage car? Has 185,xxx

i had a legend with 350,000 miles on it that ran strong! i always used 91+ octane gas and 10/40 GTX high mileage oil. i use the same on my 97 TL with 161,000 miles on it.

I use gtx 5w-30 right now and I did have in mind to changing to.high milage since I need
A oil.change now!
