engine mount $300 wow

i have to get a new motor mount for my car..at reverse the car vibrates a little but when i drive on reverse it goes away...my mechanic said that the left motor mouont is weak....what yous think...

The 2.5 has a special vacuum motor mount so it gets pricey.
