Emission test for my other car

Emission test for my other car
People, I need some help and advise....
My Accord 94, which has been sitting idle for last 5/6 months except for once in a while I would just start it up for few minutes. Today I changed plugs, oil, transmission fluid, air and oil filter and took it for GA emission test. It flunked.
The CO part of it failed.
the result is
CO-% Reading 00.88, Allowable 0.71. (25/25) test
Reading 0.1.09, Allowable 0.73 ( 50/15) test
Any suggestion on how to fix it?
Or, do I just need to drive it for a while and retest it?

Is Check Engine Light on? A weak O2 sensor might cause a rich mixture and not set the CEL.
CO is generated when there's lack of O2 to burn all the fuel mixture (rich mixture).
What do the numbers is parenthesis mean? Too many decimal places. Is test good or bad?
Check fuel pressure. Check fuel pressure regulator diaphragm for rupture by pulling the vacuum line and checking for gas smell. Either of these could cause a rich mixture.
good luck
