Hi, newbie here

anyways.. i installed new PIAAs for my TL.. but strangly.. the DRL seems to work intermittently and i hear a buzz when i'm driving. but if i just turn the lights on (like driving at night).. they work find.

can someone direct me to where the relay switch is? (that is that i think the problem is)

 

I had the same problem too, but it got to the point where I couldn't get the noise to stop unless I kept my headlights on. If you can do a little soldering, there is a simple fix. You can find the DRL relay, by taking out the glovebox and it will be a grey box on the right-side - "RUNNING LIGHT RELAY". It is just held in by one bolt. Once you open this box, look closely for any cracked or cold solders. All you have to do is just resolder these points and you should be good to go. Hope this helps.

 

got it fixed.. soldered the sucker
