Does Anyone Know

If you go to this site http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/563270 and scroll to the last picture, there is a picture of a gray (what looks like a female end) connection of some sort, yet there is nothing connected to it, I just cant figure out what it would be. I have not taken it to Acura or anything cause I dont want them to think that I am an idiot. Thanks.

'believe it's some type of OBDII diagnostics port used by dealerships. Or maybe that's where they plug in to program a check-engine light turn-on down the raod...

"Yep, looks like we just need to turn it off for ya'....$70 please"

...sounds about right

I know that if you take the coin tray out you find a connection that lets you get into the OBDII which is what they use to check your emissions. but if thats all it is then it seems like a waste of space.
