they're good and cheap, but it sucks that you don't know what the shipping fee is until after you complete the transaction.

OEM parts for dirt cheap and good service is good in my book.

Yes, just recently. I bought some gaskets and bolts. Took about 6 to 7 business days to get to my door (live in NJ). They had to order the parts from Honda in Cali and Ohio, then ship them to me, so the shipping time wasn't that bad for the distances the parts had to travel.

Couple complaints. First, I ordered a few bolts for my exhaust. Bolts ONLY (according to their website). I ordered nuts to go with them. Well, the nuts were included and they didn't send me an e-mail or anything about the extra nuts I ordered. No biggie, but I have like 10 10mm nuts for an Acura exhaust sitting around, as well as a few others.

Second complaint is the second order I placed for more bolts for the exhaust. Waited 12 days, no shipping e-mail. I send them an e-mail about the status of my order and they tell me that the converter bolts are on national backorder and that normally an e-mail is sent, but their records indicated no such e-mail and apologized. I placed the order on August 17th and received my parts on September 2nd.

Overall, it was an OK experience. Would deal with them again if I needed something bad.

I've dealt with all 3 of those without complaint.
