anybody ever spray paint there interiors?? is there any pics on here..i cant find any?..what kind of paint works best? im thinking it would take 2 different kinds. any info/pics..?? thanks

 

SEM products make interior paints for plastics, as well as plastic prep supplies/primers

i used Duplicolor, but if i were to do it again i would spend the extra money and use SEM.

 

wow....nice! have u had any problems with fading/cracking/chipping?? especially on the dash, steering wheel and door panels??? thanks!!

 

on the door panels i had problems with cracking and flaking on the plastic parts. i dont know why. i prepped all the panels thoroughly. it could be a problem with the Duplicolor. however on all vinyl parts the paint stuck really well.

steering wheel will also crack and flake because it is leather. Vinyl paint does NOT stick to leather at all.

the dash worked out perfectly though. no issues.

 

so what are the door panels considered??? leather??? what parts are vinyl?? what kind of paints should i use for each kind of different material..like..what would i use for the dash, steering wheel and door panels?? and also what would i use for the a-pillars etc etc which are fabric like material??...
