Difference between 2.5 and 3.2!??

Difference between 2.5 and 3.2!??
Okay I know the main difference is the engine and HP. 3.2 has 200 HP and 2.5 has 176 HP. Can you guys tell me what the 3.2 has that the 2.5 doesn't?? Like cosmetic wise or anything??

Differences include:
Suspension
Grills
Wheels, incl: lug pattern
Standard Features - depending on year(leather, TCS, etc)

Different Hood with Hood Struts
Different Front Bumper (it Flairs out at the bottom)
5 Lug Wheels
Heated Seats
Softer Suspension
Horsepower (200 vs 176)
Larger Profile Tires (I thinks it has 65 series tires whereas the 2.5 has 60 series)
Thats all I can think of from the top of my head.
