Couple of Questions

Friends I've got a couple of questions regarding my 2.5 that I hope y'all could give me some input on.

1.) How long do y'all usually go between changing your tranny fluid?

2.) Has anyone had any problems with their horns? Mine sounded sort of weak this past weekend and I'm thinking about changing it? Is it a simple remove/install?

3.) Would any of y'all feel comfortable changing one headlight at a time? Or would you want to replace both to keep a consistent level of brightness?

Thanks in advance.

1. I think tranny fluid is supposed to be changed every 30k miles, if i'm not mistaken. I change mine every 60k, no reason though.

2. My horn sounds fine, although it is a honda high-pitched one.

3. I assume you mean headlight bulbs. From what I've been told, you should replace both if one goes out, just because chances are the other is gonna go soon..

all honda horns sound similar

the headlight really doesnt need to be replaced but it might go on you when you dont have a spare bulb. have you had the car for awhile? the previous owner could have just replaced the good one. who knows
i would just replace the bad one for now. unless you want some blue ones

It's not that my horn sounds any different; it's always been the high pitched Honda horn. It's that it sounds weak, like it's running out of hair. Usually it doesn't matter because I blow it in short bursts, but this past weekend I had occasion to lean on the horn and have it sound for an extended period and it sounded like it was wavering and running out of air.

I think I may get a new one.

I held mine for approximately 8 minutes after my high school graduation. It did sound like it was gonna die, but then it came back with full strength.
