Coupe Legend Spoiler

My cousin just gave me this legend spoiler, and it fits perfectly. He said the paint job will cost me about $100. Should I get it or give it back to him, so he can sell it?

BTW I found this one in the trunk when I bought the car, but I never know what it exactly is. Here

you should get the legend spoiler with the LEDs on it.
