how easy/hard are these to replace? and what's the process, do you just unscrew the mounting screw, pull out the light connecter, and attach it to the new one and screw it in?

yup, the parking lights have screws and you just pull them out and then the turn signals have a screw kinda inside the bumper that you have to stick the screwdriver into and then you just pull them out, connect the new ones to the bulbs and screw everything back in.

I dont think they make those for the TL. If you really want them, get them painted by an auto body shop, shouldnt cost much- plus you can have them painted any color.

there is a screw that u can get to using a philips head. it is located in the front air dam on the side of the lens that faces the air dam...just unscrew and it should pop right out. most likely it will be dirty and jammed full of crap, but stick with it..it will come out. the side marker lights just have a screw that is visible.

Make sure you do a really good job sealing the seam between the lens and the housing with clear silicon sealant and let it cure. These are aftermarket parts and in my opinion they are not made to the same high standards as OEM. I put on 2 coats of silicon on my clear lights. After two weeks and despite my best efforts one of the lens has indeed developed condensation. Make sure you do not block the breather tube when applying the sealant. There's also another product made by Nissan that is more like a butyl tape that is also used to seal the same headlight seam. It's supposed to work much better than silicon but I haven't tried it to find out.
