Clear corners installed; Detailed engine bay-*Pics*

I installed my clear corners today along with white LEDs. I am not crazy about the LED's I may take them out. I also cleaned up the engine bay, and installed the factory Acura trunk net.

I am extremely happy with the clear corners. They look 100x's better!

Ya, I will probably put some ambers in there so I can avoind the law as much as possible!
Thanks for the engine compliments! I actually used some wheel ACID! It cleaned everything up nice, though it was already pretty clean.

Excuse me Sir, someone seems to have installed your engine sideways, and stolen a cylinder!

I love this 5cyl! Unique engine! Sounds great and is smooth as butter.

My aunt and uncle sold me this car. Being garage kept comes with its faults. My aunt scraped the garage wall. I will have it repainted within the next 6mos or so.

I really, really enjoy this car. Just wish it had the MPGs of the 626.

My past cars are: 1990 4.0 Jeep Cherokee XJ
1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9 Ltd (still have)
1997 Mazda 626 5sp 4cyl Loaded

Though now I'm wanting full chrome headlights too, I don't like the black chrome one's I have now

Again though, your car is stunning and I agree the 2.5 is a great engine that's has a nice sound

I just love the second pic, it just shows what kind of a difference clear corners can make. And your engine bay looks sweet man.

Thumbs up

Your car looks very nice and clean the way a car should look.
I see there are some other Honda cars in the back ground. How do you rate your Acura TL against the other Honda Models.

I have a 98 Silver Acura TL 3.2.

Thanks a lot!

THe Accord is a 2001 EXL V6. Awesome engine! Very refined, sexy car. Has been EXTREMELY reliable except for a wheel bearing. 108,000mi. It is my girlfriends car and she loves it.. Oh but the paint is pathetic, just like every other Honda product I have worked on. I have been a professional detailer for many years as my second job/hobby. The Hondas (especially black and darker colors) have very thin, weak paint. 23 MPG's on a trip of all highway 75mph. Decent for a v6.

The Acura MDX has had few issues. The front suspension has some issues sounds like it is going to fall apart. I am guessing it needs new ball joints or bushings. It seems to burn a little oil. 88,000mi. Runs strong though, terrible MPGs (14-17)

My TL is right on par with these cars as far as quality. I love the looks and it drives like a luxury car. The paint is nice and so is the leather.
It does however have the very common door handle problem, loud, slow windows that scratch, D4 light is out and the trunk leak.

I have fixed the slow windows, and trunk leak very easily.

i love this car.

I think the paint on Japan made cars are better.I had two new 1994 accords. The one made in the u.s. had so many problems I traded it after one year for one made in Japan.A trouble free car.I also have a C R V and it is trouble free.Maybe I`ll post pictures of my TL some day.

Most of the Honda's I've had were made in Japan. Only exceptions were three 6G Accords that were made in Ohio, .
