It was sunny today, so I finally got to drive with my window down. BUT that let me hear "the noise"

"the noise" is a light clatter at around 2300 rpm. i'm assuming that its from the lifters.

Is there anything good I can use to clean my engine out? I changed my oil about 1000 miles ago.

Try seafoam.

Then put some fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank.
