Car won't start when listening to radio

I am having a stupid problem. When my car is off and i am listening to the radio (like at a gas station) when i try to start the car again it doesn't work.

I have an AC Delco battery that has a 5 year warranty (the little light that says if the battery has a charge is still green). I am thinking that it might not be the battery. When i jump the car it starts up fine, sometimes it takes a little bit.

Any ideas?

Thanks

How often do you drive your car? And for how long?

the reason i asked is becuase on my accord the battery got weak once and since i only drove it to school it didn't charge enough and the battery got weaker as time went on and it crapped out on me. Only a year old too but i lost my receipt.

one word for you man... OPTIMA!!! lol... there are two kinds the Starter one for 112 minute reserve capacity and the deep cycle has 124 minute reserve to start your engine... thats what i have in my TL... one problem is that the factory tie down doesn't hold it down... so right now i had to make some adjustments... bend some metal... so it can hold it down, also have some rags stuffed on the sides so it won't slide around... ghetto... but it works... like i've said in other posts... my car is messed up... will show in a couple weeks...lol... another thing you should check out is your alternator... buy i doubt it is bad... have you done a tune up on your car??? spark plugs, spark plug wires... maybe your starter its self... I'll tell you something... Start by checking what cost you cheapest... like maybe a crossed wire behind your stereo??? you can never know...

My battery is an AC Delco battery that has a 5 year warranty on it. There is an indicator light that is still green which supposedly means that there is a charge. I don't know how old it is since I bought the car back in March.

I drive my car every day to work and my job is like 35 miles each way. In an average week I probably drive 400 miles.

I don't have a nice stereo in my car. I've changed nothing since i've gotten it, except the oil and filter. The plugs were changed when i first bought the car and i've only driven about 8,000 miles since then. The 3.2 doesn't have wires.

I found out that it was my battery. Optima says that they don't have a battery for the 3.2TL, which one did you get?
