car sounds like cymbols at startup when cold

This is my first full winter in Upstate New York, yeah it's really cold. I've realized when the weather is very cold and i start my car, for the first two mins there is this sound like soft cymbals coming from the engine. This sound disappear after about 2 mins. should i be concerned?

how many miles on your engine? it could just be your engine getting up to temp, and with cold start the noise could be your valves... im not sure if 0oF is normal for your mornings but you could try a 0W-30 for the winter...

I currently have 137K miles. I wouldn't say 0oF is a typical morning temperature, however, we occasionally get that low and sometimes drift into the negative temperatures.

2 weeks ago when the first cold (35-45F) hit Kansas City.. my car started making noise when the engine started. The noise last for 1 second and gone.. sometimes last for a few seconds. It doesnt make noise every single time but it does happen even when I drive it for 15 mins shut it off and start it again.
This video was record this morning when it was about 60F (after a raining night)

In the video, I turned off the engine and started it again (it didnt shut off itself)

I checked for loose belts but they were pretty tight..

Someone has an idea what the problem is? Thank you very much!!!

let spray some W40 to the belt. If the sound is gone then you need a new belt.

Your belts look good. Are you sure the sound is coming from the belts because spraying WD-40 may deteriorate the rubber. I'm guessing it may have something to do with the intake, but then again I may be totally wrong. There's something for you to check.

Thank you guys! I changed the belts when it had 180k on the clock (Now its at 207k). I will check the air filter tomorrow morning!

@MaiN: The console comes in pretty easy and it lights up the whole interior

Also check the tube going to the valve cover. I saw it shook in the video when you started your car a few times. Have someone start the car and you listen to the sound at the engine bay.

Will we get any updated pic(s) of the interior?

Alright! .. Intake check looked good, tube check looked good. Double check for loosen belts, 2 belts werent tight enough (compare to the other one) .. tighten them until they couldn't sag anymore (pushing on them). Start the engine.. the noise was gone!
