bolt pattern & offset for '97 3.2 TL

Can anyone please provide me with the bolt pattern for the 1997 3.2 TL rims? These are the ugly five star 5 lug directional rims. Also, does anyone know the the off-set?

5x114.3 or sth like that, as to the offset, no clue. But if u gonna get new wheels, get at least +45 offset.

I believe the offset is +55
