A bit of a funny story, lesson learned!

i've been driving the tl for about a month and a half now, 2 days ago I noticed the car wasn't starting well so I thought either battery or alternator. Started it up last night in the garage and nothing, just sputtered a bit then never worked again. Tried jumping the battery, then called the roadside help folks to get it towed to my mechanic.

Luckily, I mentioned when he arrived that it's low on gas, but the light never came on. Well after a couple gallons gas the car started!

Saved a trip to the mechanic and god-knows how many dollars to check the alternator etc before we realized it's my dumbass lack of gas in the tank!

Regardless, the gas warning light is burnt out so I'd like to try replacing it myself. While I'm at it, I remember seeing a post before about replacing the dash lights with bright led's. If someone could give me some info on how to change those and the gas light it would be appreciated.
