Does anyone know how to take off the back seat lower and ipper part?

 

do a search for it. i hear theres 2-3 screws hidden behind the seat and once you get those screw out...you have to lift up and out to take out the back seat...not sure though

 

If you have a 3.2TL, there are 4 bolts hold the uper part of your back seat. It's a pain to get at because you have put a socket wrench in between the bottom and upper seat.

 

there's only one bolt holding the entire back seat down. it's slightly to the right (driver) of the center armrest thingy. you just have to unscrew that and the bottom comes out. the back comes off pretty easily cause it's only held on by clips i think.
