Hey everyone!

Just wanted to introduce myself, I used to hang out here a lot when I had my first 1gen, now I am back!

I sold my first one because I wanted a manual so I got a new spec v...what a mistake, then I got a GS400 (LOVED that car) and then worked for a dealership and had free cars for 4 years. Now I am back to a 1st gen!

The one I have now: 96 2.5 with 233K!



Anyway just wanted to say whats up to everyone..this site is full of new faces.

Question though... What made you get a 2.5 versus the 3.2??? Especially knowing that parts for the 2.5 are extremely hard to find...

Second... how much did you get it for... looks clean

Third... but why did you get it with 233,228 miles on it... I've seen a few 1st gens around with 120k - 160k for about $3k - $5k...

The green one actually used to be my mom's. She got it back in 99 with 124K miles on it (it was a company car used to drive from Milwaukee to New Orleans so it was all hwy miles) I really liked her car and found the first one for sale in Chicago when I just turned 17. I had a lot of cars since so I decided to work for a dealership that sold used High end European cars. I had free Audi's, Bmw's, Mercedes', etc for 4 years and now I am getting ready to finish school in December. My mom wanted an SUV after last winter, so I found her a nice 1 owner 04 MDX with RES and took her car for now since I lost the company car and got a new job. I am still trying to figure out if I'm going to keep it or get a 3rd gen 6 sp. I might wait it out until Spring... It has gotten regular maintenence and hasn't really had any problems..it's on its 3rd timing belt.
