btw, you dont have to explain the wiring though. All I need to know is where to drill in those clips.

Haha. The mounting IS the hard part. I mounted them in a way that you don't see the bulbs at all but it blocks the light a little bit so they appear dimmer. I'll take some pics for you since its hard to explain.

Sides - The sides are mounted in toward where the sideskirt ends. There's a small indent parallel with the sideskirt. So basically one side of the neon is touching the sideskirt but kind of sunk in. Just mount the clips where it says so on the neon tube. I also put a wire tie on each of the black ends, not the glass, just to be safe. I also had to drill small pilot holes for the screws.

Front - Under the front bumper theres a small rectangle flap thats about the same length as the neon tube. I just mounted it behind the flap. It covers the front of the neon perfectly. All you need to do is use a few wire ties. You dont need to mount the clips. I didnt even have to drill any holes. I did this in like 5 minutes.

Back - I think this is the hardest part. The muffler is really in the way. I mounted it kind of inside the bumper cover. I used a few of those clips the neons came with and 1 wire tie. I will DEFINITELY have to take pics for this one. Its only about an inch away from the muffler tips. I hope the heat wont affect it. You also have to drill small pilot holes here.

It came out pretty good. Like I said though, I mounted them in a way that you DO NOT see the neon tubes at all but only the light they shed. It makes them a little dimmer but I hate the way it looks when you can actually see the tubes. I think thats what makes it ricey looking. Have fun with the wiring. The wires that come with the tubes are not long enough. Depending on where you snake the wires into the car (if you do it like I did), you will have to extend the rear and passenger side neons. All my wires come in through the factory grommet which is by the drivers side fender. Good luck! If you need more help let me know!
