Ahhh!

OK, so my alarm/lock is pissing me the hell off.
I thought I fixed it, because for some reason sometimes the lock jams whenever I use the keyless remote and causes the anti-theft alarm to go off.
Ok, not only is this alarm obnoxious, but I think it's out to get me for some reason.
It'll be 2 am as I'm leaving my girlfriends house when everyone is dead asleep and I press the remote and the alarm goes off and wakes up half the damn block.
Does anyone know how to disable this ?
I'm going to try yanking out the security cable, but I'm not sure that's what it is since I disabled that a while ago.
Help!

I had similar problem. The alarm would go off in the middle of the night or anytime when there was no wind or any vibration. I disconnected both horn connections so the neighbors could sleep.
Than I found out that my passenger side lock actuater was bad and it was sending all kind of signals whenever it wanted and that triggred the alarm off.
I had that replaced at the dealer and it never happened again.

no, it went off for no reason.
It would happen when I am at work or asleep at home.

Wow that sucks.
How did you disconnect the horn connections?
This just happened to me in a parking lot about 20 minutes ago.

I have a 2.5, there are two horns. one infront of the radiator. open up the hood and and if you stand infront of the car and look between the radiator and bumper, there is the horn. The 2nd one is right next to air intake (where air filter goes). What I did was disconnected the electric cable.
If you have trouble locating them, let me know, I will try to take picture tomorrow.
