Thanks for your instruction and guidance.
I finally got around to replace my stock foglights. Instead of soldering the wire or connect the wire with a female quick connection, I attached the wire to the phillip screw that hold the housing after I took out that yellow cover. Then I tapped that wire to the black wire of the original connector. The rest of the process was as your instruction. Pictures are attached.

No, it was not very hard at all - It only took me around 30 minutes for everything - removing the covers, installing the new bulbs.
