?? Anyhow, SCO has the right ones, in the GC dept, anyway. EAutoworks is a tad bit higher due to shipping cost. Looks good overall, though. At least we're able to purchase some, hehe.

the ground control coilovers came out back in 99 i believe.. i was on the waiting list and was one of the first people to get them.. glad to see the prices have gone down.. i paid somthing like 499 for them..
as for comfort, they ride pretty well unless you drop them all the way down.. it seems to ride too stiff and harsh...
sidenote:
1. if you lower it to max, the threads on the sleeve will be worn down on the rears.. the rear suspension on the tl is in an angle thus there will be some rubbing...
2. make sure to use the allen screw to tighten the spring perch, or you might end up with a cross threaded perch...
3. it is difficult to adjust the height when you raise the car up.. i suggest you use some kind of wrench and a fat friend to step on the front axle... you will not be able to raise it completely so be aware..
if i can think of anything else, i will let you guys know...

hey TLxRaCeR,
i had GC coilovers on my 3.2TL too and with a 1 finger gap i never had any rubbing of the threads but then again thats not super slammed either. I had them on for 9 months before i blew a shock and swapped to a true gc/koni setup (from a 97 accord). i agree that they were stiff and harsh on stock shocks but they ride so much better on konis now.
adjusting the height of the rears is easy bc the spring just falls out but the front is a pain to do. I learned that you have to undo the nuts on the shock shaft, raise both front wheels so the shock shafts drop into the upper strut mounts and you dont have the sway bar working against you and then use the GC wrench to turn the perches while you have you push down or have someone stand on the rotors. i never went higher than 1 finger in the front and that was hard enough so getting back to stock height must be a bitch.
i may be selling my old GC coilovers for the 3.2TL but i'll make a proper thread in the black market...
