Ok I got two problems ok one of my fans don't come on th think its the one to keep the engine cool how do I fix this also. My pulley is jammed I don't know how it happend all I know is the belt popped cause the pulley woudnt move how do I fix this?

 

You could start by telling us which pulley.

For the fans, turn on the AC with the car running. If one still doesn't come on, check the connector first, then we can move on from there.

this is the pulley the one at the bottom. theres no belt on it cause it poped because it dosent move

 

Take off the bolt and slide the pulley off. Your pulleys scare me with that much rust on them...

Yeah they are old after I take the pully off what do I do

 

Go get a new one (idle pulley) and put it back on. Don't forget the belt!
