yea that is a 2.5 bumper on a 3.2TL.. the 2.5 bumper is only about 1/3 inch smaller in width compared to the 3.2.. even fits with the beam and foam...

i want mine now...

BTW: that looks bad ass... can't wait till you start selling it... quick question... is this going to be like a lip kit, where you keep your original bumper but just add the lip... or is it going to be the whole bumper??? because i might need some work done to my bumper if thats the case... or even a new one...

Since his car is a 3.2 with the 2.5 bumper, the shocks came OEM. All 3.2's have those shocks.

how long do they last? I have a lexus ls400 and they're about shot. each time i open the hood, i have to place a wooden bar to hold it up. otherwise that shit comes back down on my head.

Not forever. They will wear out. You should be able to get replacement shocks for 20-30 bucks at an auto parts store.

add on lip kit... thanks, now i need to get my front bumper fixed and rear bumper re-painted... I had a bit of a fender bender when i first got the car... dumb mitz-u-bishy cut in front of me and i rear-ended the bastard... I had no time to brake so instead of trying to swerve out of the way and bust one of my headlights and my brand new (at the time) clear corners, i split second decided to hit the bastard straight on... ended up cracking my front bumper down the middle... i'll take pics...

anyways, you are doing an awsome job on the kit... didn't notice the grill... will that be an option or will it come with the kit... i want mine NOW!!!

well, i tried.. i'll just let you guys decide once i get some photos up.. it was much harder to fabricate for the 3.2 grille since it mounts to the hood and there is really no space to add the mesh... we came up with a two peice design on the 3.2 grille (three if you include the mesh). . i've been busy lately, but i'll try to take some photos of the grille as well as the fender flare progress...

to clearify the issue on the muffler, there are 3 ways about doing this:

1. you can also have the muffler tips extended and lower to go with the lines on the kit (recommended... shouldn't cost much: estimating $15-40)

2. completely relocate the muffler lower and extended out. (estimating about $40-60 depending on location)

3. go with a new Y-pipe and make it a dual exhaust (price depends on the mufflers itself as well as the installation - my planned setup : authentic 5Zigen Fireball T/C X2 (estimated retail $450) + piping and labor (about $100-150) total about $600)

also, i am still debating if i should make an optional flange on the rear lip so people can cut out the exhaust opening(would look as if the part was designed that way).. i was planning it, but the factory muffler location throws out the design of the rear lip... i'll let you guys know if i do...

hope this helps.. if you have any other concerns, let me know..
