How stupid would I be to give up on getting a 05 TL w/nav for $33,500 out door and instead getting a white 05 Tundra limited edition w/ leather for $29,000 out the door? I'm having a tough time with deciding on next vehicle b/c I want to keep ot for 10 years and thus TL will limit ability to get boat. If only we could haul a boat behind the tl without fukking the tranny. VOTE

 

Depends on what your lifestyle/driving preferences are like. You know those better than we do

You could get a tranny cooler meant for a Honda Odyssey for your '05 TL perhaps.

 

I almost bought a TUndra. Its like a LExus pick-up. The interior was incredible. pretty strong engine and space and I know it will be reliable. I also like the Ford F-150, very nice interior as well.

 

i would also take into consideration driving conditions, and gas mileage. you will get better mileage in the Acura, and they are just totally diff. vehicles. do you want a car, or a truck? i guess you gotta look at where you will be in 10 years. i know this is hard...i quasi just went thru same thing.

 

Tundra = more toys
05 TL = nice toy

I would go with the truck, but it was a tough decision. GOOD LUCK!!

 

I know someone that has an almost new Tundra Limited with the leather package and everything. Amazing truck, easily out-classes domestic competition, IMO.

If you want to get a boat later, get the Tundra.

If you want a car that you will look forward to driving every day, get the TL.
