My 2000 Acura RL,s is registering hot, however it is not leaking any water/antifreeze, I changed out the thermostat and coolant sensor. I also noticed that water is not flowing through the hoses. could I have a bad pump or what?

 

or it could be clogged perhaps?

It almost sounds like it's a closer thermostat? Is the car overheating at all?
