Vanity lights and lighter

Is there a common fuse for the vanity lights (around visor mirrors) and the cig lighter? If so where is it? I've looked everywhere. 1998 RL

there's a fuse panel right by the e-brake on the left side, and also in the engine bay on the drivers side right between the battery and top of driver side strut.

I've checked both fuse boxes, there's none labeled cig lighter, and all of them look good. The vanity lights are working the cig lighter is not.

was it working before?

if you double checked all the fuses and all are them are good, you could pop off ur center console shifter cover off to make sure there is power and ground at the plug.
