Set Clock on RL with Navigation system

I just bought a 2002 RL with Navigation system. I am trying to figure out how to get the clock to STAY on screen. Do I have to go through the Navigation system setup EVERYTIME I start the car, or is there a way to set clock as a default at startup?

Even the dealer didn't know...

It's kind of a cool little trick. If you touch the time in the bottom right corner (when the nav. goes into screensaver mode) it will grow to be big and centered on the screen. If you touch the time again, it will go back to its normal position. This is only available when the nav. goes into its "starry sky" screensaver. I found this by accident a long time ago.

Hope this helps!

They removed the clock from the Navi on the 2004 RL. It is integrated in the stereo system....
