Power windows switch

The power windows switch in my RL are not illuminated when I turn the lights on. I don't remember if it is or not from factory...do you know?

Yes, the window switches should light-up when the lights are on.

The bulbs are probably out.

You have to remove the door panels to replace. Might as well see if you can find some LED ones.

Thank you. I think that I don't need to remove the door panels to replace, just gentle take the trim panel out with a plastic pry bar. What do you think?

If you try to take the window switches out by prying them you will break both switch and panel.

The window switches are screwed in from the back.

You "MUST" remove the door panel to change the bulbs on the power window switches.

Ok. I understood. I'll remove the door panel first. Thank you for the advice!
