Alright everyone I have narrowed down my overheating issue. Just need some guidance to lead me to the right part. Both of my fans run when AC is on but the radiator cooling fan does not run by itself ever. It never kicks on when idling or driving. What switch controls this?

 

A/C Fan Clutch

This should click over when idling. You should be able to watch it do so; as it toggles intermittently.

Start by checking your fuse that controls that.
