No power to fuel pump

There is no voltage from the fuel cut off relay to the fuel pump and car won't start. Removed the relay and jumpered the hot lead to the fuel lead and it now starts. Has anyone seen this before. Did not know if this is a bad relay or something else.

If you are talking about the Main Relay then, yes, it is a very common problem. It happened to me about 1 year ago. The part is about $67 at an Acura dealer. and it takes about 2 minutes to replace.
