Hi All,

Well first may I introduce myself, I am Dave and I live in Lake Tahoe, CA

Two weeks ago ago I bought a 97 RL from South Valley Wholesale, Santa Clara, CA, my 3rd car from Daryl Monk (he is the best).

The car is just...well --- great!

But... today when I went to start it, I got no dashboard read out and it would not start.

So (steps):

1. Repaced batery in the key (no go)

2. Diconnect and cleaned batery terminals (no go)

3. Call Darel ---- he says:

"Well Dave, check the master relay under the dash"

Hmmmm.... off I go

I find this thing and unplug it and PRESTO --- when I replug it --- starts.

My wife (now late for brunch says --- '...you are so cool' 'you are the master' and kisses my ear)... well not really (thats what I hoped). I don't know whats gotten in to moden women. More later (maybe not).

In an case... seems fixed now.

So...after this long story, can any of you good folks suggest a diagnosis and fix???
