Looking at getting a 98 RL

Hey folks,

I am new to the forum and looking at purchasing a 1998 Acura RL for the winter, and possibly a bit of the summer. It has 134xxx km, and looks to be in amazing shape! I currently work Honda, and if they give me the right price I will grab it tomorrow. Having owned 2 TL's in the past (04 and 02) I know the build quality and ride is amazing. One thing I was wondering is how tough is it to find parts to convert the 98 body into say the 02 and approx. how much would I be looking at? Looking forward to being apart of this forum, and thanks in advance for the help

If you can find the parts for cheap, its not hard to do.

But personally I'd rather just get an '02 - '04. They aren't very expensive.

I'd look for an 02 before getting into all that hassle.

The body style changed in 99. So try and get a 99+ if you like that body style.

Parts are a little tough since there arent as many around like say Accords and Civics.

Can be found ok though.

Yea much better off just getting the 02' instead.
