Question Location of turn signal relay???

Hello, my blinkers don't work on my 2000 RL. Neither do the Flashers. Bulbs are all fine. I wanted to first start with replacing the flasher relay but for the life of me I cannot find anything that shows where the flasher relay unit is on my car. I've looked in the fuse box under the hood and the one by the drivers kick panel. I tried to find something on Google and YouTube but no luck. I even called the dealer who were reluctant to help me unless I took the car in. It would seem like it would be one of those easily accessible items. It does seem like it has both a turn signal relay and a flasher unit. So, if someone can tell me where both the blinker relay is and the flasher unit is that would be much appreciated.

Update. I call a second dealership and based a drawing of the drivers side fuse box we determined the relay sits behind the drives kick panel. I had to remove the fuse box door and then the entire driver's kick panel to get to the relay. The best part is that the part has been discontinued. Part number 38300 SP0-004. Any suggestions?
